Closing Day June Lakes Ski Resort

My version of a perfect day is skiing in the early morning followed by plein-air painting immediately after.

On weekends, when Mammoth Mountain is just too crowded, I head up to June Lakes Ski Resort for a little fun. I'm always a little sad when they close for the season. It was frustrating this season because there was still plenty of fresh powder (and a few storms yet to come). C'est la vie.
